Premier Stephen McNeil and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang provided an update earlier today, March 27, on efforts to help Nova Scotians dealing with COVID-19.  As part of today’s announcements and in response to Industry request, restaurants will be allowed to include alcohol purchases with takeout and delivery orders as long as the alcohol cost is not more than three times the value of food ordered.  This will be effective March 30.
